On behalf of the management of Victory Casino Cruises, I would like to thank you for your review. I part by asking the heads Victory Casino Transportation.To implement a better tracking system so that you know who's riding your buses.I feel like anybody could have boarded that bus, and in this day heighten security.I pray nothing crazy happens to hard working people who are just trying to have a little fun. We finally make it back to our car with great frustration. I couldn't understand :( He may have been cursing me out. WOW!!! Well I guess I would just best say it like this.His response to my question. (Thanks dude).and about 9 of us get up and switch.the driver is silent.and then I find out why, He doesn't speak English. After getting on the bus, no apology.we sped back in the rain only to meet up with another bus.the bus driver never gets on the intercom and tells us why we are there?.another passenger tells us that if we’re going to Kissimmee we need to get on the other bus. walk a total of 20ft inside the door and make a announcement that the bus is leaving.But that’s what an ORGANIZED operation would do. (NOTE: a different driver is driving us back now.with no LIST) as a courtesy to your customer. I guess that LIST would have been a good idea.

the wife and i take a picture (selfie) :) then head to gift shop.you would think they want you to spend money right.WRONG… We spent a total of 5 minutes buying a magnet and two pens (Props to the two nice ladies at the register).walk outside and the bus is pulling off. The boat was great and the food was good…so we get back to dock around 4:35.unload. Yes some decks on the boat was smokey, But I was expecting that.Hell it’s a casino boat. Really cutting it close.we make it on the boat as they were sounding the horn :). we pull up at 10:50am, and the ship leaves at 11:00am. He decided not to make the last pickup, because we were going to miss the boat. but those who missed the 19th ride can verify. after doubling back to the mall.I guess that delay put him off schedule. that he had left people behind at the mall… they were waiting in another location at the mall. After picking up a few more patrons.and on the way out of mall area, the driver is told by way of a phone call. but the real adventure began when we got to the Florida mall pickup.

After making the next stop, we picked up more passengers. The driver did not have our names or a 'LIST'.Ok things happen. We called two days ahead to be put on the 'LIST'.which was on time (8:05am) only to depart at 8:45am.But this is where I got the bad feeling. My wife and I set out Friday morning (9/19) for the designated pick up location for an 8:15 am scheduled pickup.
